Free suits occasional personal sends — a document to a friend, photos to family, or testing Quickupload before paying anything. You get 100 MB per file, five uploads a day, and links that expire after 24 hours.
Pro ($9.99/month) is built for freelancers and creators who share work files regularly: 2 GB per file, 50 GB of storage, custom expiry up to 30 days, per-link download limits, download tracking, and REST API access at 100 requests per hour.
Enterprise ($20.99/month) adds what teams need — 10 GB files, 1 TB of storage, team management, custom branding, unlimited API access, 24/7 support and an SLA.
What happens at the free limit?
Anonymous uploads cap out at 50 MB per file; a free account lifts that to 100 MB. Free accounts can send five files a day and store up to 2 GB, and every free link expires 24 hours after creation — free sharing is for sends, not storage.
When you hit a cap, the upgrade path is Pro: unlimited daily uploads, custom expiry up to 30 days, and 2 GB per file. The full matrix is in the plan table above.
Pricing questions, answered
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — $0, no credit card, no trial countdown. A free account includes 100 MB per file, five uploads a day, 2 GB of storage and 24-hour link expiry, with password protection included.
What's the difference between uploading anonymously and having a free account?
Anyone can send a file without signing up — anonymous uploads cap at 50 MB per file. A free account raises that to 100 MB and adds a dashboard where your files, download counts and share settings live.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and cancellations run through the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How secure are files on paid plans?
Files are protected with TLS encryption in transit and are encrypted at rest. Every link can also carry a password, an expiry date and — on Pro and above — a per-link download limit.
What is the refund policy?
Contact support within 14 days of payment and we will refund it — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
